Got up and ran 5.1 miles in 46:43 with Pat Mooney and Barry Nelson. Biked to Jennies Diner for breakfast at $5.20. We biked around Lancaster County for 38.6 miles. We biked south in a circuit along Pequea Creek and back through Strasburg. It was a very scenic ride. Lunch of an Italian sub and drink at a busy country store cost $5.20. Carol Mooney had some some problems especially with the heat and we all got separated coming back so we all got in at different times. Barry Nelson and I went back and got his van to pick up the Mooneys in Strasburg. That night we ate supper in Bird-in-Hand for $11.55. Stayed at Kendigs.
